We’ll talk about where you are now, what you would like to change, the challenges you’re experiencing, and what support would be most helpful. From there, you’ll receive a recommendation for the New Leaf service or program that best aligns with your goals.

Yes. Virtual coaching is available via Zoom, and select in-person services are available in Sedona and the Village of Oak Creek. Depending on the service, clients may also choose a hybrid combination of virtual and in-person support.

Session frequency depends on the program you select. Most coaching engagements include weekly or biweekly sessions, along with the level of accountability and support included in your package.

No. New Leaf focuses on whole-person wellness, including clarity, movement, nourishment, energy, routines, and sustainable lifestyle habits. Changes in weight may occur for some clients, but weight loss is not the primary focus of the coaching experience.

Support varies by program and may include email communication or scheduled check-ins for accountability, encouragement, and guidance. You’ll know exactly what is included before your program begins.

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited. Because coaching programs reserve dedicated time and support, payments are generally non-refundable once services have begun. If unexpected circumstances arise, available options can be discussed individually.
